Problem to set limit switch left rear

I have 2 problems,
First if i set home from rear left, him comes to front left and if i put it to front left him goes to front left.
I need put it to go rear left is that location where are my limit switch. ( all directions when move on arrow or engrave and cutting works fine. )
Second i put laser in line + constant power, but in some areas him no cut. seems like power fall when machine turn direction. ( CO2 machine 60w tube ) 20%pwr 20spd mm/s material is sintetic leather.

I solve problem with switch, changing $23=3, this works, but the cutting still with problem.

Can you post a photo of what you’re getting?

Seems like it could be 2 things:

  1. your power settings are just a bit too low so variations in the material or perhaps height keep the cut from completing
  2. It’s possible that you’re at the lower end of the controllability of power for your laser and you’re not getting consistent power.

In either case, I’d suggest increasing speed to see if that works differently. Also, there was someone else who got similar issues when using “Constant power mode” which is the opposite of what you’d expect. But I think that was an Ortur specific bug.

if i set more power, like 30% it works fine, but i think is too much power on 60w co2 machine to cut it.
idk but maybe my co2 tube are with some inssue.
i will bought another as i can.

Have you ensured good alignment and focus?

yes, all points in table cutting with same results, if i set speed less or increase power, it works.
when i use my old m2 nano board with corellaser, cut the same material with more speed and less power.

what happen if i set S value more than 1000 ?

S value max needs to agree with value in $30. Otherwise power percentages won’t work correctly.

Increasing value of S Value Max beyond value in $30 provides no more power and will just cause confusion

Do you have an ammeter? Are you comparing like for like power leves vs m2 board?

yes the ammeter on full power 100%is the same, 26a.

How does it compare at 20%? I don’t see why performance would be different when power level is like for like. The only other consideration could be frequency.

I believe this is PWM frequency for DLC32 boards. So 1KHz in this case. I’m not clear how M2 Nano boards handle this. I understand that power is typically managed with a potentiometer but not much else.

M2 nano can cut same material without problem with 15% power.
I use the same pwm control i set to 100% in controller and regulate in lightburn.
M2 nano need set power in controller, because coreallaser dont have by software.

What frequency i can test ?

Power supply its myjg 80r, manual says 47-440mhz ( i think not makes effect with laser tube. )

its exactly the problem, before using 1khz i need 30% of power to cut materials, now with 10khz i can use 10%, less soot, more clean cut, more detailed.
God Bless you. awesome knowledge.
thak you very much.

thank you.
