Problem with fill - in the example on the left there is a 5x5 square in line mode and everything is ok. As soon as I change to fill mode it looks like the one on the right in the picture. Any ideas? Software reinstalled. Also drivers etc.
You may have multiple things going on but first check line interval for the layer. What does it read?
Try reducing that to about .1 mm and run again. What happens?
