Problem with console screen

I’ve been using the trial version for about 10 days. I keep getting this error. I added a screenshot. I’m going to buy the software but I’m afraid this error will continue. is there a solution to this? I am using AtomStack A5.

There is an endless flow on the console screen and always like this, the icons are flowing non-stop.

That’s is a typical view of characters, if your connection has the wrong baudrate.
