Problem with homing and origins Elegoo Phecda

We are having an issue when we use Lightburn to home our machine. As soon as we press that button, it scooches top left corner and doesn’t stop.
we have tried manually setting the home… which we have been able to do on the machine itself, in laser GRBL and on the ap on the phone (At one point anyway that no longer works). We have tried it with user origin, absolute and current. we have tried changing all the suggested GRBL settings on every post and website we searched.
we have tried downloading the newest updates, but my computer will not read them. We even are using a different computer than we previously had our other lasers installed on (Granted a couple of years ago but we didn’t want any association)
We looked off the grid to see if we have any random dots… everything we see seems to be correct…

But the machine seems to just want to home in the netherlands and we cannot figure out why.
when we try framing with an image… we get this

Help!

Does your machine have limit switches? I read a topic yesterday where they talked about adding limit switches to the Phecda machine.

No it does not…

Then you must follow this manual homing procedure every time you turn the machine on:

After that, never move the laser head by hand, because the controller does not know where you put it. Always use the jog buttons or Click to Move tool to move the head.
