Problem with initial lines on rotary job

Hello everyone, I am having some trouble with jobs on a roller rotary. The design is circular and as you can see in the first picture it is flattened rather than rounded. The second picture is the other side of the design where it is perfectly rounded as it should be. Anyone know how I can fix this? I should also add that the flattened side in picture 1 is where the laser starts the job from. Thank you!

Also I am using a 60w co2 Monport

.

Is your rotary a chuck type or a roller type? If looks like the tubler is slipping on the Y axis.

Yes it is a roller. Do you have any recommendations how I can resolve the Y slipping?

I immediately bought a y-chuck after trying the roller device.

Some guys have tried to fill the tumbler with sand or water to increase the weight. Keep the rollers clean with alcohol wipes. Some have put rubber bands around the rollers and the tumbler to keep them from slipping.
