problem with Y-axis shift

Hello, I’ve had these shifts on the Y axis for some time now and I don’t know what to do about it. I’ve tried calibrating the axis, checking all the mechanics and nothing. Every time the shift is exactly the same.

Assuming the Y axis points to the right in that picture, this may be another case of PWM Rising Edge Valid mis-configuration.
