problem with Y-axis shift

shifts on the Y axis

Assuming the Y axis points to the right in that picture, this may be another case of PWM Rising Edge Valid mis-configuration.

This is repeatable, and all come out the same, like it was meant to be, how do I attach image?

Note that folks have received machines mis-configured at the factory and the symptoms appear only for specific patterns / optimizations / speeds / whatever.
