There are a few things that may cause Alarm9, but see if any of the following will help:
Make sure your machine has limit switches. If you installed them yourself, ensure sure the wires are properly connected and that the connections are tight.
Check your machine’s belt tension and general mechanical setup to ensure appropriate movement and homing.
Make sure your power supply is working and connected, and fully plugged in. A USB connection can power the laser’s controller, but is insufficient to power the motors.
