Problème connectiques (Connection problem) laser sculpfun S30 PRO 20W

Bonjour, j’utilise un laser de marque Sculpfun S30 PRO 20W depuis bientôt 1 année maintenant, aucuns problème rencontré jusqu’à ce jour ou j’ai remarqué que les connectiques des câbles qui vont jusqu’au module laser étaient visiblement “noircis” sur un des pins. Je rencontre des perte de connexion du laser pendant certain travaux ou le faisceau se coupe pendant une ligne de gravure et reprend ensuite, comme une panne soudaine de jus, ou de connexion, savez vous si je peux remplacer ces pièces en question ? Ou si quelqu’un aurais une idée pour me venir en aide ?

Hello, I’ve been using a Sculpfun S30 PRO 20W laser for almost a year now. I haven’t encountered any problems until recently, when I noticed that the cable connectors leading to the laser module were visibly “blackened” on one of the pins. I’m experiencing laser connection loss during certain jobs, or the beam cuts out during an engraving line and then restarts, similar to a sudden power outage or connection failure. Do you know if I can replace these parts? Or if anyone has any ideas to help me?

First reach out to Sculpfun to see if they sell a replacement cable. If they cannot help you, I think @misken knows the proper connector and pins type to order.

Another small problem I’m having. Do you know what the symmetry issue is? For example, if I cut a rectangle, if I turn it 180°, it doesn’t fit exactly into the shape it was cut from; there’s a slight offset.
