The Lightburn software does not find the machine and even doing it manually it appears as disconnected. Can someone help me?

Hello I have a problem getting ligtburn to detect the trocen awc7813 control card I installed laserCAD and driver and it works both connected with usb and with Ethernet if I try with lightburn it does not detect the controller I tried opening both programs (lasercad and lightburn) by connecting and disconnecting the usb cable (I read somewhere in the forum that for someone it was a solution when i connect and turn on the windows controller it detects the connection lightburn does not detect an…
