Hii have a friend that has a sculpfun s9 and when she connect it to Lightburn and try to engave something , the laser start moving like it engaves but there is no flame .
She connected it to do the first test on lightburn , it moves like it does the test but there’s no flame .
First time when she instaled the app the flame was running but after she called somebody to
Install a softwere and it doesn’t work anymore with the flame
What settings should she put or how doest it works ( she is new in this )
