Can you upgrade from a 7 W to 20 W laser simply by swapping out the 7 W with the 20 W?
Are there additional steps such as changing control boards, wiring harness, flashing firmware?
You will probably need a more powerful power supply, that’s all.

What power supply do you have for your current diode?
I’m not sure where to find that information. The AC/DC Adapter is:
Input 100 - 240V AC
Model : WNB - 1203000
Output: 12V - 3000mA
