I am a newbie Lightburn user. Lets give you a lay of the land per say before I get into my question . Running an Omtech K40 CO2 Laser engraver. Just changed out my Control Card to an Omtech K40+ Laser Engraver card to allow use of my Omtech Lightburn software license. Pror to this changeout I was using the Omtech standard K40 Control card running K40 Whisperer software to engrave Cork sheets . This was just a K40 Testing phase which checked out perfectly . I made several hardware upgrades to add air assist , new laser heads and updated new mirrors . Also improved the exhaust sysytem and added cooling fans on K40 power supply. Now I am finally ready to utilize my Omtech Rotary axis (roller-2) turner to Engrave Cork grips . I make Custom Fly, Casting and Spinning rods . To utilize my Rotary axis, Omtech said I needed to upgrade my Control card which I just finished as stated . The setup appeeared to go fine but still doing basic testing to manually move my laser head using Lightburn via the new Control card. Also setup my Rotary axis in Lightburn all per Omtech direction .
My problem is what ever I do to try to move my rotary axis or laser head I receive Alarm lock error messages in the Lightburn Control console . I can provide console log details as your questions suggest.
