Problems with creality 10w laser module

Hello i recently buy this product but i have some complications with it https://www.amazon.com/-/es/CREALITY-cortador-oficial-impresora-mejorado/dp/B0BQQLHMSK/ref=pd_cart_vw_crc_sccl_1_1/139-0032646-4825671?pd_rd_w=x8eAR&content-id=amzn1.sym.75873c58-c777-4e96-9e4c-71edd776d2ed&pf_rd_p=75873c58-c777-4e96-9e4c-71edd776d2ed&pf_rd_r=0NRKDJ9CGEQHPSVGWBF4&pd_rd_wg=N9DgV&pd_rd_r=6255c15a-16fe-41ca-8345-11ec0ad5459f&pd_rd_i=B0BQQLHMSK&psc=1

Notes:

It’s connected to a CR-10 S5 (500mmX500mm)

I’ve tried changing the usb cable, using a different OS, even using a different computer.

tried to change some of the values ($) in the console on the program of LightBurn but still nothing.

Check the wires many times to check any failure but still nothing happens. change to the FDM of the printer and everything works fine.
Tried to fix the steps in both axis

I’m not a programmer, only a simple entrepreneur with a bunch of knowledge of 3D printing.

So basically I follow all the installation instructions, upload the new firmware but I have a huge problem with the Y axis, let me try to elaborate.

when i send home the printer, the X axis moves correctly but the Y axis starts to move around like forward and backwards really fast, but doesn’t move all the way either, so to stop this irrational move i have to move the bed to the limit switch and stops the command, then i get alarm:8 and Alarm:3.

I’ll send you guys the info of the console so you can help me. I imagined that being the printer and the laser from the same brand, would be even easier to make the laser work but there is definitely something wrong with my configuration. Thanks for your help.

Most nothings are something. These settings allow users to change them, but some manufacturers lock them out. The Console window allows you to interact and communicate directly with your Creality device.

If you change a setting in the Console window in LightBurn by typing:
$30=1111
What happens when you press enter? Does it respond with ok or generate an error message? If you type $$ Is the $30 setting changed in the report? If so, when you unplug the engraver and plug it back in and reconnect everything is $30 still equal to 1111 or does it change back?

If you could share a link or post a file in a Google Drive with these installation instructions it may help greatly.

These seem mismatched but I’m exploring the Creality site to attempt to understand what’s happening here.

Still reading… but I’m starting to think the Y-Axis acceleration is too fast for the hardware and it’s overwhelming (swamping) the motor. It’s a very unusual and rarely seen behavior.

Hello John thanks for your answer.
1.so if I change the $30 value changes in the report even after reconnecting stil equal to 1111.
2. here’s the link to the installation instructions Creality Laser Module Quick Start Guide(快速使用指南).pdf - Google Drive
3.About the firmware version i couldn’t say because it’s the only resource to download in the creality page.
4. i tweak all the Y accelerations to do it the lowest possible but still got this wobbly movement like front to back but in smalls amount and stays in the same spot until i move the bed manually to the limit switch.
i’ll send you again the console data maybe it helps.
