Problems with Lightburn and Laser Ikier K1 Pro Max

I wanna report some problems with the program, and I use Ikier K1 Pro Max

  • I have a Mac Mini M1 update on macOS Sonoma 14.0, when I’m trying to see the movements of the engraving of the laser, the amount of time requested for generating the video is too slow…slower that an old 2015 MacBook Pro 13" update to Monterey 12.7.1.

  • Second problem. Recently I updated Lightburn into 2015 MacBook Pro 13" but after this when I want to start the engraving the laser stop after a few seconds and that’s very strange, but I tried to reinstall the program (v.1.4.03) and also put another previous version (v1.4.02) still has this problem. If I import an image from the Web and I trace the image happen every time but If I use the struments in the program like circles everything is good.

How can it be solved?
