Process blow for air assist in Lightburn

Hello, I am new to forums. I will do my best to get the things you guys need to help. I have a blue elephant laser 1500x3000mm ELE1530 laser Rudia 6445-g controller. Lightburn pro 2.0.03 window 11 laptop ASUS Ryzen 7 processor. As far as cutting and engraving that all work great. The issue is when I engrave the air assist rapidly triggered on and off from what I understand it need to be changed to process blow and there is not a option for thar in Lightburn. Please help!

That is probably going to be through the laser control panel.

Hello, MikeyH. I have tried every tab that’s in the menu of the controller. Now the controller has some tabs that are password protected (I have the passwords). The last password i entered reset that particular tab it didn’t take me into a new menu. My concern is that i end up resetting the controller and lose the laser. What do you think.

I think you need help from someone that knows the Ruida controllers. Hopefully @jkwilborn would be willing to help.

Use Lightburn to save or backup the current configuration. That way, if you do make a mistake you can return.

This is from MW laser, down under, he’s pretty much a wizard with these controller. Watch his video and it will likely solve your issue.

It does require RDWorks.

Hello, Laser peoples. I figured I would post about this. Getting to switch a rudia controller to process blow. As most know it’s not in lightburn, you have to change it in rdworks. The problem I had, is first the files can’t be trusted I found some containing viruses. I found version (8.01.47) that was clean, but I had commination issues with it.Turns out window 7 was the key. once I was able to communicate, I could write process blow to the controller. But when I ran a engrave file it would still rapidly engage the solenoid. So, I went back and read the controller to see if the changes I made registered, it did, it said process blow. But it had no effect the output on of the controller. update was the key. I updated from (15.01.15) to (15.01.22) when I did, the changes I made in the software would register in the air assist output.
