No matter what I do when trying to use preview Lightburn locks up, and I have to go to task manager to force shut down the program. I have tried on many different files,from complex to as simple as just a circle and it still locks up solid as soon as I hit the preview button.
I have deleted the program and reinstalled 2 times, this did not fix the problem.
any ideas on what to do?
in the photo attached i had to force shut down the program when trying to use preview and reopen to be able to do anything in the program, everything works fine long as I don’t hit the preview button.
