Is there anyone that can show me how to do this? after 2 hours and many YouTube videos I’m not coming right. Over a teams or zoom would be great and am happy to pay for the time.
There’s a good chance someone here will be able to help you, but we’ll need to know what kind of laser you’re working with, what settings you’re using, and what kind of result you’re getting. Is the result too light, too dark, misaligned in some way? Provide as much information as you can, and upload your LightBurn project file here if you’re comfortable doing so - that’s the best way to get help. 
Without knowing more, a good starting point may be to use LightBurn’s ‘Material Test’ tool to see what kind of mark different combinations of Speed and Power make on the bands.
