I need to create a QR Code in this format
Mary Jane - Chief Executive Officer
When I use the contact it gives me the field
First Name
Last Name
Can I add her full name in the first field with a (-) dash and have the title in the next field
This is how I want it to read
Mary Jane - Chief Executive Officer
[Redacted due to private email/phone]
That is such a simple project that you should try it, to see what you get. Just use cardboard instead of wasting costly materials.

Using the Bar Code tool from 'Tools > Create Bar Code’ in the top bar menu, here’s what I entered.
Try scanning it with your phone and see if the import works to your satisfaction.
