I created a qr code and it looked fine. Suddenly the quality decreased. The sqaures are crooked and not filled correctly. I have no idea why this happens. Any ideas?

I have a Longer Ray 10W laser.
Just an observation, you are showing a speed of 3000mm/s which would appear to be way to much, and faster than your machine is probably capable of.
With my diode machine I work in mm/m.
Try dramatically reducing the speed and see if things improve
