Question about Machine Log

Hi all

I have been asked by Snapmaker to send a copy of Machine Log for inspection, concerning my Ray 20w but Im not sure what that is.
I looked in LB HELP section but could only find DEBUG LOG and it was not Enabled.

Is DEBUG LOG the same thing as Machine Log?

This sounds machine specific rather than a general LightBurn item. Likely better to go back to Snapmaker on clarity of what they need and how to obtain it.

A search shows reference to Machine Log for Ray via Luban which may be what they’re referring to:

Thanks for checking that out. I have asked them to clarify and they know I’m on LB.

I have sent a vid of issue, Gcode, Device settings screenshot, Output from console as requested.

We’ll see what comes back tomorrow…Timezones!
