Im using a snapmaker 2.0 with a 10w diode laser and switched from luban to lightburn. I did my first picture engraving with lightburn but something went wrong the result looks somehow strange maybe someone could help me what setting is wrong.

Looks like the image is inverted. Check if you selected “Negative Image” in the cut settings. If so, negate it. If not, then is your original image inversed? If so, then enable “negative Image” setting.
