I was asked if I could come up with a trophy at very short notice. All I had available was a very poor quality 300mm wooden chopping board. A quick design, twenty minutes in the Nova 10 and a bit of stain and varnish produced an acceptable result. The stand at the back is made from some MDF flooring and as I didn’t have a hinge some leather stood in for one. Also used a piece of leather to stop the stand opening out too far.

that looks really nice! Using the leather looks a lot better than a hinge, at least I think so.

for a quick design and poor quality chopping board, this looks really good, love the hinge/support at the back.
