RA2 Pro rotary chuck in use with Omni 1 commaker

I am working with my RA2 Chuck rotary with my Omni 1 laser I have an adapter cable i purchased. I have connection a test movement (using lightburn) having trouble getting simple results on a 10mm by 100mm test run always to short and sometimes long gap between slices. Also similar problems with my Piburn version 4 both rotary work on other machines it has to be operator error —I simply need some direction so I can solve this please
Bob

My Fellow laser wizards,
Any direction or help with my “rotary problems” will be deeply appreciated.
If you are interested my laser are Omtech 60w and a 100w machine rotary piburn works with both.
my 3rd machine is an Omni 1 from Commaker neither my Piburn or my ra2 are currently working correctly with the Commaker.

Thank you for your help
Bob

My first suggestion is to contact lensdigital and see if the rotary you have is compatible with the Omni and if so, they can give you settings.

Thank you I will do just that.

I use my PiBurn with my co2 (Ruida) and with the fiber (JCZ)… same with the chuck.

Most of these are two phase, so if it’s a 4 wire connection is likely a two phase motor. A three phase motor has three wires and we don’t see a lot of them.

Did you follow the setup instruction on the Lightburn site. If that doesn’t fix the issue, then give us more to work with.

I have the RA2 Pro and it is a standard 4-wire motor connector.
