Radius in the corners

I may have the wrong nomenclature, bear with me….

I cannot for the life of me get any setting as to size of radius to work in any of these corners. Yesterday I had them all working. I increased size of drawing so I could see openings if that had anything to do with my problem. I want the end to far right to be rounded full width and all other corners to be rounded 6.4mm radius. I am hoping that having passed my ninety second birthday, this stupidity hasn’t locked on for the duration.

Edited. Was not helping.

Yeah, I tried several with no luck. It is probably something I done stupid!

Marion, just throw your shape up here as lbrn2, that makes it easier.
But as I see it, the shape is big enough to handle Ø6.4.
If we have misunderstood, please explain it again

This drawing is done with each side being a seperate line.

If I make the drawing as two square boxes, “tongue” and body, I can do the radius’s. So I suppose I have open segments somewhere

+1 Good to check for connections.

Change from LINE mode to FILL mode. If it does not turn solid, then you have an open shape.

Reason I drew it with each line separate….

I need to delete sections of several of the lines. Should I just do it that way use nodes to delete the pieces of line?

As I have said several times in the past, WE NEED AN ERASER!

Your individual lines do not connect and many have curves to them as well. Probably not what you intended. Make 2 overlapping boxes, then select both and use the Weld function. Once it’s a single shape you will be able to radius the corners.

Tim,

My problem is removing the lines that overlap when I place the two boxes together.

I want to cut the outside lines.

Dear Friend, use the “Eraser” aka the Scissors for that ;-), it is specifically designed for these types of lines that cross other lines/shapes.

Tim,

My eye sight is going to the dogs, I really have trouble seeing fine lines even when I make them larger.

bernd,

I can’t use the scissors on the piece that has been drawn as a square. All lines are a group and I cannot ungroup them.

Okay, I done it this time. Thank you all, I am sorry to have bothered you folks.

Thank you and stay safe…….
