Random Hard Limit Prot error

Hey gang,
Hopefully, someone can point me in the right direction of what may be causing my issue. I noticed my Omtech Polar 350 has started giving this error randomly but the job is still finished. I see this happen sometimes after I have to switch between my diode and CO2. I had installed a controller on my Polar which has been a lifesaver for random red rings.

As far as I know, there isn’t any limit switches on the polar.

These would be wired to the + limits, whereas the home switches are wired to the - limit inputs.

These are configurable and you should be able to turn them off within the controller. I don’t have limits switches, so mine are off.
