I didn’t think the rising/falling edge would cause the appearance of it drifting to the right… This acts like it’s getting lost while it’s running…
Like the steps on the steppers are not exactly correct… Might not show up with a straight vector.

I created a rectangle, dimensions are accurate.
I just tried a USB, but I’ll have to spend some time figuring out why it can’t copy the file to its internal memory. It can see the files and write the current config, but doesn’t want to copy my file over. I’ll try with LaserCAD tomorrow as a baseline, maybe LightBurn isn’t creating the files correctly or something.
I’m not having any luck with the USB drive. When I try loading a file, the controller will say “Copy file …”, but then freeze. It shouldn’t take long to copy it to internal memory, correct? This is regardless of if it is generated by LaserCAD or LightBurn.
I tried loading the firmware image from Trocen’s website, but the controller will say Upgrade failed.
Are there any other ideas for things I can try?
If you controller hangs up, it sounds like you have a controller problem…
If you can’t upload anything to it would point at the controller.
I have a Ruida and I use Ethernet… is that an option for you…? Just looking for something that’s an alternative to USB…
Which Ruida do you have? I’m not opposed to a different controller. This is the one the previous guy had so I figured I would try and make it work.
