Before trying my hand at a tumbler, my machine was working GREAT. After removing the rotary, it now wont frame properly or engrave anything the correct size. Everything engraved is " shrunk" ie, if my image was 100mm x 100mm, the engraving is 80mm x 100mm. please see the 2 examples. both had full size images on the lightburn screen but the output was as you see. l have tried several different files and its all the same. the framing is also off when i test the area to engrave. its reduced in size as well. I feel its a setting that i have messed up but i cant find it anywhere. Please help!!!
Double check to see if ENABLE ROTARY is turned on. That will affect the output negatively on your flat laser.
Turn off Enable Rotary
I found the problem. In a video I watched about setting up and using the rotary, the guy changed an output setting on the y axis. I did as he did and I didn’t think to switch it back after messing with the rotary.
