After a factory reset, I’m experiencing an issue where X and Y are set to 10000,10000.
Although adjusting the step length allows reaching 0,0 without problems, upon reset, the values revert to 10000,10000.
How can I ensure finding 0,0? If you know a solution, please help.
The 10000 values for X and Y indicate the home operation failed.
The vendor settings (values) of the Ruida are reset to factory defaults when a reset is done. I hope you did a save of these before the reset, if so, you can just open the file and re-write them.
You can try File → Load prefs backup.
You should be able to ask the vendor of your machine. Might find someone with the same machine and use their information…
