Is there any way to increase the number of fonts that are displayed and/or remembered in the ‘Recent’ list?
I have a ton of fonts installed many of which are never used. I could delete them, sure but if more of the most used could be ‘Remembered’ it would be more convenient I think. Perhaps a settings entry to choose the amount remembered?
Not currently an available adjustment you can set. 
You can search the Suggestion Site to see if another member has made this an official feature request and either add your vote or create this request for others to vote up.
You can right-click the font chooser to add fonts to favorites, and that list will keep as many as you like.

Well, I certainly missed that one. 
I forgot about this option, which I now remember Adam added this with version 0.9.17. Thank you for the reminder / correction @LightBurn.
