I purchased a 80 watt OMTech fiber laser, set it up in EZCad2 then immediately switched over to lightburn. I have an issue with framing. If I used bounds or hull the red light works fine but when i switch to conture I have nothing. You can hear the mirrors moving in the head but there is no light. working with tech support but has not been resolved. I think they want me to remove Lightburn from my system and reinstall EZCad2 which I am hesitant to do (afraid I will loose info and projects). Has anyone experienced this issue before?
In the machine Settings we had to turn of “Enable Blanking” in order to get contour to work. However we still have issues with our red light not being toggleable on and off.
