My license went out 8/21. I want to renew and pay my support. How do I go about doing it. I have went thru the process and it want go thru.

I have tried everything i know how to renew license and it says authenication wrong , password wrong , email wrong. I have reset password with no problem. still can’t get it.
Hey Rick. I know where to go for renewal, how to do renewal, how to pay for renewal and have even changed my pswd. The problem is when i get to the submit button it throws an error of incorrect email or password. I do NOT want to redownload the program. Any other solutions.
If you visit the page I provided, you do not need to sign in, just paste your key and go to checkout. You do not need to log in to complete your purchase. Try that and let us know how you progress, and we can go from there.
