How do I update my license on a PC that is not Internet facing?

For an offline activation, follow these steps:

  • Enter your license key number on the License page of the software
  • Click the ‘Request offline activation’ button
  • This will prompt you for a file name
  • Save the OFR (offline request) file
  • Copy the OFR file to a computer or device with internet access
  • Email me the OFR file, along with your license key number

The OFR file contains the fingerprint of your computer. We will process the request here and send back a response file. You then:

  • Copy the response file to the offline computer
  • Open your program again
  • Click ‘Process offline activation’
  • Choose the response file you were sent and click OK

To renew, you have to renew the key, offline deactivate, then offline activate again.

Because the computer is completely offline it can’t see the server, so you have to update the key and then redo the offline activation.
