Replaced Ruida Controller

Went to use my machine one day and it wouldn’t communicate with my PC, had been using light burn with om tech 27x21 Cutting bed (Red/Black) for more then a year and half with no issues, so I figured out that the ruida controller main board (RDC6442G-B) (EC) wasn’t communicating with my PC so i ordered a new one and it communicates fine no i just cant get it calibrated correctly to have the machine actually perform normally. i have spoke with OMTech Tech Support they send me over a file for my machine but when i load it in the machine constantly keeps saying its resetting and i have no control over my X Axis. any help would be greatly appreciated

Did you make a backup of the original controllers settings?

If so did you try to restore it?

If not, did the Ethernet or USB port fail? Might trying connecting to the opposite one and saving the configuration.

If this fails, you might be able to use ‘File → Use prefs backup’ and see it that can find something helpful.

You can press ‘esc’ to get out of the boot sequence… and maintain control/communications with the Ruida
