I am new member to the forum. I couldn’t complete my question. My laser machine started to jam for no reason. It gets stuck. I see this warning every time: “reset sys pos and WCO because disabling engine” I use snapmaker ray 40. I use 2 Snapmaker Ray 40s at the same time with a single computer. I’m only having trouble with 1 of them.
firmware is up to date. lightburn is up to date. There is no problem with the SD card. I experimented by changing parts between the two machines. When I replaced the control unit of the machine that was jamming with another one, the machine that had no problem started to jam as well. I think there is a problem with the control unit.
