Been having issues the last few days every since i moved my machine over 800 miles. Can the software or machine be reset to factory settings. I’ve got a longer ray5 10w engraver.
Can you elaborate on this? Did you physically move the machine to a different place and changed nothing else?
If that is the case, I recommend checking the hardware first. For example, could the limit switches have shifted and no longer be triggered? Is every connector seated properly?
