Since the latest version update this week (1.2.04) my cuts are doubling up.
If I set for 2 passes, it does 2, then does another 2 in reverse.
Am I missing something obvious here?

Hi Paul,
I would verify that you don’t have multiple lines stacked on top of eachother - that’s the usual culprit for this sort of behaviour.
