I’ll try to keep this short. I have a blue and white 100W CO2 that came with a roller rotary.
When I first got the machine it worked fine. Just plug it in, turn off the Y-Axis on the machine, enable rotary on Lightburn (calibrate if needed). Run the job.
Now, firstly, when I go to setup the rotary changing the steps per revolution has no affect on the rotation of the roller. I can only adjust the rotation by changing the roller diameter.
When I run the job, one, I can’t start it directly from Lightburn, I need to send it to the controller then start it from there. Two, when the job is going the rollers don’t move just the laser head along the X-Axis.
Of note. The rollers move when I test it in rotary setup and they move with the controller and with Lightburn. Also everything works fine when using the machine normally.
