new ROYL LASERMATIC MK2 20w useing factroy camera with USB conennection can not set up camera have tired many ways i even had zoom meeting with Leo the CEO of the roly automation who i bought the laser from in china he sent me a new camera and had replace it still dose not work it show the work space and dose not capture the image for calibration or alighnmnet of the camera, dose any one have the same machine and same issue if not can some one help me to find out the problem to see if the lightburn software is the issue or the camera or the machine it is very strange that both camera are doing the samething with lightburn software just update to new version 1.40.04 and still the same .
