I suggest you use the plans for the “Easy & Cheap 3 Jaw Rotary”. I made one for my exe-wife and she has used it more than 600 times so far with excellent results (she uses it for rolling pins, mugs and wooden spoon handles). Rather than using the rear chuck from the design, you can use the rear roller assembly from the roller rotary I designed. Both use the same Base Assembly.
The exe finds using the rear rollers better and easier for the rolling pins.
