Hi all! So my rotary device stopped working for some reason. I am running LB 2.1.0.4 on a MacBook Pro M2 running macOS 27.0. Last time I used the rotary it worked fine it was maybe a month and a half ago then yesterday and today nothing. The rotary works because when I switch to my windows computer and use ezcad there the rotary works just fine. the only change I remember doing was connecting the footswitch and in the Ports and Laser Settings I changed the Start Marking option to 8 for the footswitch everything else is the same. What could be happening
Yes, when I activate the foot switch the 8 indicator turns green. I don’t know whats going on everything works fine and seems to be working fine. It works when I switch to my windows computer using EzCad and all I do to switch is plugin the usb cord to the windows so that tells me is not the hardware cables or connections because the footswitch and the rotary use the same port on the laser so all hardware is working.
