When I check alignment and start job it works great, but when I enable rotary the offset is so far off its off the cup. What am I not doing right? I am using a 20w omtech fiber and a jaw rotary they sold me. It was working fine but all the sudden it went wacky. It previews the contour all off the cup as well now
AS a three week newbie I am also having problem with my laser offset NOT being used for alignment. My first tests also had the the engraving starting way upwards by about the same amount of what the offset should have been. Maybe need to report as possible bug for implementation in next rev. (My current rev is:1.5.06)…
Check output center. Should be ROUGHY center of work area depending on where your rotary is mounted. LMA has a video showing how to calibrate exactly, I frame a line in rotary mode and just eyeball it to top dead center of rotary and use that for output center, close enough for me.
