Having a huge problem here im trying to engrave a couple cups and when i do the image goes to crap at the end. I did a couple cups where the image was less than 3in wide and came out just fine but the ones that are more than the 3in wide start off great but about two thirds of the way it starts to bunch up like if the steps were off all of a sudden. Any help is greatly appreciated.
I had similar problems when engraving lines, then change to fill and got a good result, probably because of the speed when engrave lines and the back and forth movements.
Helpful for you to supply the following:
- Rotary Type
- Method of how you secure the object to the rotary
- How the rotary is placed in the machine
- Speed / Acceleration settings
- Layer settings
- Specific controller being used (Ruida 6442, 6445, 63…, 65… etc)
- Rotary axis that is being used
- Picture of the outcome
- Attached LightBurn file
