When using a rotary in the latest update, it is in MM while the rest of the software is in inches. The speed i have set is in MM but that has always been like this.
There are 2 places to adjust your units. This is a new change in 2.0 +. One is in Settings, the other in Device Settings.

The top settings, i have inches set as usual. The bottom device, i have mm/sec set.
The rotary settings are tied to the Device Settings units. If you want the rotary to show inches you need to change Device settings to in/sec. The Units and grids setting adjusts your design space only.
I highly recommend to have all your settings in mm though, design and speed.
Edit: I just tested it and if you use the inches/ mm/sec setting the rotary shows inches.
but it wasn’t like this pre 2.0. since then, it has changed. its unfortunate.
