Sorry , I know this has been covered but for the life of me I can’t resolve it.
I have A Burnlab A20 pro ( Atomstack A20 Pro)
I have been fighting the rotary device for a week now and just about given up.
I use LightBurn 1.4.05 and tried both the enable rotary on and off with the same results .
The short of it is If I print a 15mm x 15mm Circle and select the line tool it will engrave a perfect circle onto the round tumbler.
If I select the same circle and choose the fill tool , the machine engraves an oblong , egg shaped circle.
I have ensured that the rotary tool is level and square to the bed.
I have read lots of articles about stepper motor speed adjustments but to be honest a bit over my head.
Today I downloaded the phone App for burnlab and was able to connect to the machine via wifi and selected a 15mm x 15mm Circle and engraved that on my tumbler as with Lightburn the Line circle engraved perfectly But the Fill circle also engraved perfectly this time.
I wont use the word Assume but would that suggest to me that it is a software issue and not a hardware problem.
That it works as expected with an app but not a computer software ???
The Burnlab App on my phone is cute but not Lightburn.
Please If any one can gove me advice .
Please remember to explain it as if you are talking to an 8 year old
I seem to miss the parts that are obvious to every one else.
