Rotary not turning off

Hi. I searched but couldn’t fine the help I need.

I attached my rotary to my Mira 9 and before I unattached it, I went into settings and turned off the rotary.

I reset the machine, reset lightburn tried a few times. My machine will not let me do a different project. It still thinks the rotary is attached and enabled.

Please tell me how I can reset the machine and lightburn so don’t have to throw my machine out the window. Lol.

What do you mean by “my machine will not let me do a different project”?

With the laser connected to your computer, if you go to Tools > Rotary Setup, is it showing the rotary enabled there? If so, turn it off.
