I have an Atomstack 12w pro and I recently bought a Atomstack rotary roller, connecting it is pretty straight forward,
BUT…
if I try to engrave letters they aways come out bigger than they should if I have the letter H 20mm high and lock it, it comes out 40mm high, maybe this I can adjust just by playing with it but the worst thing is all the letters are all slanted.
I’ve entered the
Laser is in current position
Rotation 360
Roller diameter 2.5mm basically half the circumstances (I’ve tried 5mm)
Object diameter 70 ( I’ve tried 35mm right the way up to 200mm)
and no matter what figures I put in the outcome is always the same.
Most rollers are in the 15mm to 25mm range. If the value is correct, the roller will make exactly one rotation and return with the Test button.
This suggests the item on the rollers is slipping. Too much speed or too strong in acceleration. Try lowering your speed, and laser power to about 25% of the current values.
Here are a couple of helper links…

The diameter of a round thing is exactly its circumference divided by π, but measuring the diameter with a digital caliper and calculating the circumference is usually more accurate.
The Rotary Setup dialog does that calculation, so you don’t even need a calculator.
