Rotary start speed to fast

i hav been told i need to slow the start speed of my rotary.When i start to engrave it cuts off the 1st portion or letter.I can add a o for the start point and turn down power it works fine.How do i slow this down.Thank you ruida 644

In the Ruida controller (as in all controllers) there is an acceleration settings on the machine. It tells it how fast it can accelerate each axes.

Before you mess with them, back them up!
