Error code when trying to Starting stream

ok use my rotary tool. First time using it.

You may need to disable ‘Soft Limits’ in your laser’s firmware - sometimes the distance the rotary is commanded to move/turn exceeds the ‘Y max travel’ limit set in your laser’s firmware, which triggers that Alarm 2 message. Disabling ‘Soft Limits’ will prevent that.
