Hello All,
I have a 50W Omtech fiber laser with a factory rotary tool. After testing files on several tumblers, I have yet to find the optimal setting to successfully etch a tumbler. I’m closer now, but I still have not dialed it in. Is there a setting that will prevent the overlapping of the image? Thanks, any help is appreciated. 
I’d suggest setting overlap to 0, for a start.
I’ve found mine operates much better if the split size is an even multiple of the interval.
